TechPro Digital Academy Launches Free Tech Training for Kids – A Huge Success
TechPro Digital Academy is thrilled to announce the successful launch of our FREE 1-MONTH tech training program for kids! What started as an idea has now become a reality, empowering young minds across three continents with digital skills that will last a lifetime.
The Launch By The Numbers
102 parents registered on our website. 86 parents active on our WhatsApp community. 34 parents attended our orientation meeting. Over 55 students joined the first day of class – with 42 students from the UK/Africa region and 13 students from the Asia/Australia region. We covered 3 regions – Asia/Australia, UK/Africa, and US/Americas. And we introduced 4 exciting courses that children will learn over the next 4 weeks.
The Journey So Far
Registration & Community Building
We opened registration on our website and within days, 102 parents signed up. To keep everyone connected, we created a WhatsApp community where 86 parents actively joined. We then broke the community into regions – 13 members in Asia/Australia, 43 members in UK/Africa, and 2 members in US/Americas. This helped us ensure proper coordination and personalized attention for every family.
Parents Orientation Meeting
We held our inaugural parents meeting on Microsoft Teams. The meeting was a huge success, with 34 parents in attendance. Parents were engaged, asked great questions, and showed genuine excitement for what their children would learn. Class times were agreed upon, and classes started on Friday for proper coordination.
Classes Commencement
We officially kicked off the first day of classes with 55 students joining live – 42 students from UK/Africa and 13 students from Asia/Australia. In the first class, students were introduced to all 4 courses they will be learning over the next 1 month.
The 4 Courses (1-Month Curriculum)
Fun Coding for Kids – Students will learn how to give instructions to computers. They will create simple games and animations using colorful drag-and-drop code blocks – just like building with LEGO.
Graphics Design & 3D Animation – Students will learn to draw characters, create logos, and make their designs come to life on screen. They will discover how their favorite cartoons are made.
Artificial Intelligence for Kids – Students will learn how to teach computers to think. They will build simple chatbots and smart systems that can recognize pictures and answer questions.
Gamification for Kids – Students will learn how to add points, badges, and rewards to turn any learning activity into a fun game. They will create their own quiz games and challenge their friends.
